Effectiveness of dust-free cloths for dust removal

Microfiber dust-free cloths are usually shaped fibers, the fineness of which is usually only one twentieth of that of ordinary polyester yarn. The larger contact area gives the microfiber a better dust removal effect! In addition, the yarns of the microfibre dust-free clothing fabric are of a clustered structure, which gives the fabric more microscopic pores, which are much smaller than those of ordinary polyester fabric! So, microfibres can show a better ability to absorb tiny particles in this respect!

In terms of the material of the cloth, the microfiber cloth can be a composite material of polyester and nylon fibers. The nylon fibers have many hydrophilic groups in their molecular structure, so their absorbency is better than that of polyester (polyester has no hydrophilic groups, so its absorbency is far inferior to that of nylon). According to the analysis: in terms of the overall adsorption mechanism: 100% of the polyester dust-free cloths are based on surface adsorption due to the high crystallinity of the fibres and the fact that they are usually round fibres! The surface adsorption leads to a relatively large distribution ratio between the clean cloth and the surface to be cleaned! Microfibres are mostly shaped fibres, and their absorption of dirt is also based on surface adsorption plus core suction, with the core suction effect firmly controlling the contaminants so as not to reverse the contamination. Therefore, microfibres are more capable of removing more particles!
